Jay's house is more of a modern-style flat; it's one-story with a small front yard, and the back yard is enormous in comparison. The outside is painted cream with light blue trim around the large paneled glass windows. Not being one for gardening, he has planted short shrubs in front of the windows to add some sort of greenery. The pathway leading up to the front spirals gently up to the door and consists of bricks laid by Jay himself. The interior is sleek and chic, mostly shades of white, black, and dark blue. Technology is his greatest possession; with a large flat-screen television and high quality sound system, it's easy to recline on his leather furniture and spend the day watching tv. He has mostly hardwood, but in the kitchen there's tile, and his bedroom and guest room have carpet.
